3 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on Monday 3/27/23

One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays.

If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing one of these lower-salaried options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at some players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup on FanDuel tonight, using numberFire's daily fantasy basketball projections as a guide.

Nasir Little, SF, Blazers ($4,300)
Drew Eubanks, PF/C, Blazers ($5,200)

It's one of those days in NBA DFS. This slate has been crazy, and it's still early Monday afternoon. The hits may keep coming prior to lock.

As of now, there are two glaring value spots, and we're going to cover both of them, starting with the Portland Trail Blazers.

It appears Portland has shut up shop for the season, with all of Damian Lillard, Anfernee Simons, Jusuf Nurkic, Justise Winslow and Jerami Grant sitting Sunday. I'm guessing they're all out today, and Trendon Watford will likely join them, as he had to exit early yesterday due to injury.

In tonight's expected floor condition, Nassir Little owns a 26.7% usage rate and generates 34.2 FanDuel points per 36 minutes, according to CourtIQ. He played 31 minutes last night and totaled 33.2 FanDuel points.

Drew Eubanks has produced 35.4 FanDuel points per 36 minutes in the split. On Sunday, he put up 43.0 FanDuel points over 32 minutes.

Assuming Portland is super short-handed once again, Eubanks and Little are smashing value plays tonight in a date with the New Orleans Pelicans.

Jevon Carter, PG/SG, Bucks ($4,800)

The Milwaukee Bucks are the other obvious source of value as they'll be without Jrue Holiday and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Sans those two this season, Jevon Carter sees a big bump, gobbling up a 21.7% usage rate and scoring 34.8 FanDuel points per 36 minutes. That's a usage-rate increase of 6.0 percentage points.

Carter can feast in a friendly matchup with the Detroit Pistons. Detroit sits 21st in defensive rating across the last 10 games, and they've permitted the 9th-most FanDuel points per game to point guards over their last 15 games (50.1).

Carter is a priority for me on this slate.
